One of our favourite restaurants is the Spanish restaurant \u2018El Espaniol\u2019 at An Der Dreikonigskirche 7 (Neustadt), you won\u2019t regret a visit here!<\/p>\n
If you like Italian cuisine, we recommend \u2018La Casina Rosa\u2019, Alaunstr. 93 (a restaurant in the vicinity of our apartments). If you fancy a short walk, be sure to go to K\u00f6nigstrasse (also Neustadt). There you can eat well at \u2018Ausonia\u2019 (Italian cuisine) or \u2018Acheron\u2019 (Greek cuisine).<\/p>\n
And when you\u2019re visiting the Old Town, don\u2019t forget about \u2018Mamma Mia\u2019, Kreuzstra\u00dfe 1-3 \u00a0(Italian cuisine), the specialty of which is real, fresh Italian pasta according to the secret \u2018Mamma Mia\u2019 recipe. The restaurant is also recommended \u2018Enotria da Miri\u2019, Kleine Brudergasse 1 (die traditionsreiche italienische K\u00fcche).<\/p>\n
However, if you fancy traditional German cuisine accompanied with the most beautiful view of the Dresden skyline, we suggest you visit the \u2018Luisenhof\u2019 restaurant ( Bergbahnstra\u00dfe 8 ). You will be delighted with the cuisine, atmosphere and the stunning view of the Blaues Wunder Bridge \u2013 one of the oldest suspension bridges in Europe.<\/p>\n
If you like Asian cuisine, discover Dresden’s finest Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine at Ph\u1edf Mum (Neustadt, Alaunstra\u00dfe 51) and Mikado (Altstadt, Neumarkt 1). The menu offers a wide selection of delicacies prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. At Ph\u1edf Mum and Mikado, every palate finds its pleasure.<\/p>\n

Restaurant \u00b4lilla So\u00dfe\u00b4 is located opposite in the Kunsthofpassage, Alauenstra\u00dfe 70 (open from 16:00-22:00). On the menu you will find delicious dishes, all of which have something to do with traditional German cuisine – and with a good dose of creativity!<\/p>\n
The \u2018Villandry\u2019 is the best address in the Neustadt for gourmets, Jordanstra\u00dfe 8 (Tue-Sat 18:00-00:00). The restaurant has a picturesque and quiet terrace area in the inner courtyard and the ambitious food is a delight for both the palate and the eyes. The small wine list is well selected so that even wine lovers will find the right accompaniment to the great food.<\/p>\n

Innovative cocktail culture in a glamorous setting: that’s what Bar 1705 stands for. The name refers to the year the Taschenbergpalais was founded. The sophisticated design is reminiscent of the 1920s and is modelled on New York’s Oak Room. The impressive bar offers an exquisite selection of whiskies and spirits, and the carefully selected dishes perfectly complement the flavours of the drinks.<\/p>\n
