Patricia's flat is perfect and absolutely deserves this title. When we entered the flat after a long journey we were really happy. The flat is precisely as in the photos and coudn't have been cleaner. We arrived shortly after Christmas and spent the New Year's Eve there, too. We were pleasantly surprised to get a gift of a bottle of Prosecco, hand-written message with a warm welcome from Patricia, awesome plate of fruit, and some sweets. The flat is located in a fashionable district of Dresden, round the corner there are many restaurants, coffee houses, great shops with fashionable clothes, supermarkets and bakeries. So basically all you need 🙂 Apart from that, you can easily walk to the Elbe and old town, and it's not a long ride to Saxon Switzerland by car. Patricia's flat is very well equipped, we didn't lack anything. We even had swabs, toiletries for ladies, spices, etc. We'll surely stay at Patricia's apartment if we come back to Dresden 🙂

If you fancy Dresden-Neustadt, this flat is located in the very centre and precisely in the right spot. The flat is really stylishly appointed and perfectly equipped: just come over and feel good. We're going to remember Patricia as an extraordinarily professional person: very careful to detail and friendly. As a welcome to the home, we got a little surprise and fresh fruit. I'll gladly come back and give my firm recommendation.

We came over to Dresden as a group for a business meeting. We rented two apartments. The flats are modern, the building has just been completed. The style of each apartment is different; the ambience of each of them also differs, but they feel pleasant. Highly recommended!

A great apartment in a perfect location in the artistic neighbourhood of Dresden! When you leave the building, you're directly in front of Kunsthofpassage. To cyclists: you can safely park your bikes in the yard. The flat was impeccably clean and equipped with everything necessary. Despite its central location in Dresden Neustadt, it was quiet there in the evenings. We felt totally comfortable and would love to stay there again when we revisit Dresden.

The apartment is beautifully equipped. It feels like home. Everyting is clean and tidy. High quality equipment. Also, the apartment's location is great: it is located directly in Neustadt. We were more than happy with the hospitality. Highly recommended 🙂

We arrived late into the night and were extremely tired. We got a cosy and comfortable apartment, and a hand-written welcome letter. The apartment is superbly equipped, modern, and has a beautiful kitchen. It is located right in the heart of Dresden. We recommend it and will come back.
